Justine Brousseau is a bilingual HR professional with over 15 years of experience in human resources management and leadership development. This path has enabled her to master the full HR spectrum. She is equally comfortable making strategic decisions and rolling up her sleeves in the field.

Driven by the conviction that organizations perform better when their leaders grow, Justine makes leadership development and training the heart of her practice. She supports managers in getting to know themselves better and mobilizing their teams, designs tailored training programs, and brings a strategic perspective to HR practices to help organizations make the right decisions at the right time.

Her approach is rigorous, human and resolutely forward-looking. She is currently pursuing a doctorate in administration at the Université de Sherbrooke, focused on integrating AI coaching into manager development — an approach that keeps her at the forefront of what's coming in HR practice.

Isabelle Sundara holds a master's degree in organizational development from HEC Montréal and specializes in diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI).

Passionate about human dynamics and the realities of the workplace, she contributes to the evolution of organizational practices by fostering environments that are more inclusive, engaging and respectful of the diversity of backgrounds, experiences and perspectives.
